5ji Terms & Conditions

To register and use 5ji, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 5ji strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 5ji or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not been self-excluded from the platform under our Responsible Gaming programme.

5ji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 will be suspended immediately and any pending balance reviewed in accordance with these terms.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP after processing by the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being completed and any applicable wagering conditions being met.

• 5ji does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.

• Abusing bonuses, exploiting technical errors, using automation software, or engaging in any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of affected winnings.
• Live casino results are determined by physical game action in a studio environment. Slot and RNG game results are determined by certified random number generation.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result of the relevant match or event. In cases of dispute, the decision of 5ji's trading team is final.
